Kerala government announces special COVID-19 recovery package of Rs. 5650 crore.

Rajasthan government increases incentive money to curb female foeticide under the Mukhbir Yojana (Informer Scheme) by Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 3 lakh to informers.

All India Handloom Rights Forum requests Andhra Pradesh government to include those engaged in activities associated with handloom weaving such as winding, warping, sizing, etc. under the Netanna Nestam scheme.

Union government planning to create a national farmers database and to come out with agriculture data policy soon.

Loans worth Rs. 1.12 lakh crore outstanding with Self Help Groups (SHGs) under the Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana – National Rural Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NRLM). The loan repayment rate by SHGs to banks was 97.17%.
