Union Cabinet gave its nod for implementation of Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojana from 2021 to 2026. The scheme, which focuses on water efficiency in farms, will benefit 22 lakh farmers including 2.5 lakh SC and 2 lakh ST farmers.
