Punjab has announced free electricity of 300 units per month to every household in the state from 1st July 2022.
Egypt has chosen India as a wheat supplier and is looking to import 1 Million Tonnes (MT) of wheat from India. This is due to lack of availability of wheat in the global markets owing to the Russia and Ukraine conflict.
Himachal Pradesh Social Justice Minister Sarveen Chaudhary said that 1 lakh more people in HP would get social security pension in this financial year. She informed that in the last 4 years, the Government has provided social security pension to 2.21 lakh people.

Tamil Nadu Agriculture Minister Panneerselvam said that the Government has disbursed Rs. 183.1 crore to 1.2 lakh farmers in the state for crop loss under PM Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY).
