The Central Government will launch a 3 month urban poverty alleviation pilot project, covering 25 cities in India, on October 1.

 

The average annual exponential growth of India’s population is expected to fall from 2.2% in 1971 to 1% in 2024: Study.

 

The Telangana Government will give family digital cards to every household in the state, for ration, healthcare and other welfare schemes.

 

Tripura CM, Manik Saha, launched a water supply project, worth Rs. 530 crore, to improve the water infrastructure of 12 cities, benefiting more than 75,000 families.

 

India’s wind and solar power generation has to grow by 5-6 times by 2030, to meet the goal of limiting the world’s average temperature: Study.
