Roses to lotuses. Delhi gives 48/70 to BJP; and 22 to AAP. A margin of 2% votes made this difference. Congress could not make a cut in seats. Popular vote is down to 6%. This is a hattrick of zeroes – third consecutive zero seats for Congress. They have already had a hattrick of zeroes in Delhi Lok Sabha polls. Arvind and Manish have lost. Atishi retained her seat. It appeared Sandeep ensured Arvind’s loss. Congress and AAP not working together ensured AAP’s loss and BJP’s win. It appears liquor scam, Sheesh Mahal have nailed this conclusion. AAP is no longer seen as a party with a difference. Corruption charges dented its and its leaders’ image. Fighting with Lt Governor and policy paralysis did not offer hope. Anti-incumbency has built-up. Volunteers have moved on. Despite all this, AAP may rise, if they go through with deeper introspection, and redraw the way forward.
BJP will form the Government after 27 years. Giant killer, Ex-CM’s son Parvesh Verma is the front runner for becoming the CM. With this 21/31 possible states/union territories are in the hands of BJP-led NDA.

Food, nutrition, health, water, sanitation, and hygiene sufficiency – fresh with no chemicals. With limited, minimal food miles. Multi-layered, multiple crops giving nutri-rich food. Processed, stored locally. Local enterprises, service providers. Responsive, sensitive community, local government.
Natural living – farming included, agency of women and marginalized included, decongested spaces, villages with facilities, responsive local governments – is possible.
Eating healthy, balanced, and diversified is fine. We need to be moderate in consumption. We need to manage, reduce our stress to be stress-free, as much as possible. With at least six hours of sleep a day. With meditation, reflection daily. With at least one healthy intimate conversation, interaction a day. Reading, writing, number exercise, and crossword puzzles every day. Any daily practice?
Can we communicate, articulate, speak one-o-one, speak to a team, speak publicly, write, mail, tweet, and message? Briefing-debriefing. Taking a class, participatory, practice class. A self-introduction. An elevator speech/talk. One-liner. A brief profile. A good but not very long CV/resume. A picture gallery. A set of video clips. A folder of notes. A deck of slides. An aggregate of calculations, tables. Can we invest in relationships – extensive in ‘000s; intensive 10-15? Can we establish direction through our rivers of life, books of life, stripping ourselves inside out, visioning-assessing current reality, our ladders, and our snakes? Can we unlearn, learn sets, portfolios of knowledge, tools, skills, and teams? Soft, living; Inside-out, outside-in. Planned focus. Can we have, use, improve, and expand them?
Yes, we can. If we coexist, flowing. Kumbh dip discovering, reinventing. In N? Sannaddhayoga for 7L.
