Good Samaritan. A compassionate person helping others. Even strangers. Can we help ourselves, our family, our teams, our co-existers, peers, colleagues, and neighbours in the world?
Need to converse, dialogue, and write notes. To myself. To replenish my memory. To articulate gratitude. To leave lessons learnt in the journey in the open access, public domain. With as much detail as possible, but as briefly as possible. From a lens of distillation of what has been seen, heard, listened, read, discussed, written, communicated, and done in situ and from very close quarters. It could turn out partially biographical, autobiographical. But, this would not be the focus. It could gloss over individual persons in the moment, so that focus is on the events/incidents, rationales, logics and unfolding of the events, processes, and results. These may include:
World, India, AP, and Telangana of ‘60s; Family, Village, Life and livelihoods; Rural schools, Gurukulams, and their scaling-up; Premier institutes in Technology – NIT Warangal, other NITs, and IITs; IRMA, IIMs, Kurien and his worlds including Dairy Board, AMUL, and Commons; Tribal communities in hills and plains in AP, outside, and red corridors; Poor, vulnerable, and marginalized communities, Farmers, Farmworkers, Weavers, and Craftspersons; Self-help movement, SERP, various states in India, NRLM, and NULM; Livelihoods Framework – Livelihoods, collectives, commons, enterprises, participation, and inclusion; LEAPs, value-chains, and subsectors; Livelihoods support individuals, organizations, enterprises; NGOs-CSOs, networks, paying back, and philanthropy; Learning facilitation, Academics, and Curriculums, Akshara PLMs, NIRD; Natural farming, and living; 7L. ‘Livelihoods’, ‘yogakshemam’.
Leaders, influencers who made or are making a difference. Teachers, mentors, and visionaries a la Kurien et al. Organizational, team leads. Peers, and colleagues. Mentees, students, and learners. Individuals, organizations, collectives, and enterprises. Analysts, writers. Carers et al.

Our social system is changing. Divorce rates are rising; more individuals are leading single life; Double income, no kids couples are on the rise. Are these leading to more freedom, independence, more empowerment, and more agency? Are we tending to be less emotional? Are we heading towards instant gratifications, and refusal of deeper bonding? Are we seeing more non-traditional forms, options of parenting, caring young and old? Are we going to see more loneliness, alienation as a result? Can we get ready for appreciating, coping, and adjusting with all these?
Most of us listen to react rather than to understand. Stuck in our own perspective. Can we be open-minded in our meetings, discussions, interactions, dialogues, and conversations? Can we see no-open-minds, can we stop our battle? We do not have to keep explaining to ‘walls’. Walking away, switching off is also an option we can exercise. Can we bring ‘joy’ into our meetings upfront? Can recognize, appreciate and reward rather quickly? Can we have breaks, maybe small bio-breaks, walk breaks, and breath breaks? Can we invite creativity? Can we have dedicated, focused time for deep work?
Yes, we can. If we coexist, flowing. If we release ourselves. In N? bhagirathayoga for 7L.
