Physical fatigue may be addressed with some nutritive food, rest, sleep, etc. Mental fatigue may require multiple factor management. This includes relaxation through meditation, yoga, mindfulness, deep breath exercises; regular short frequent breaks; good quality sleep; exercises including walking; staying hydrated; good nutrition; saying no to overload, stress, strain; taking help, and support. Eating right is important. Eat right = eat safe, healthy, sustainable.

We can eat healthier: let us take – more whole grains, whole foods; more proteins; more fruits; more vegetables and greens first. Can we eat from smaller plates? Can we eat slowly, more slowly? Can we plan, list, and then buy? Can we add more recipes? Can we go for baking or roasting, rather than grilling, frying? Dairy products, curd, nuts, peanuts eggs, beans et al can form larger part of the breakfast, and the meal later. No sugar, salt, oil, or hot spices as far as possible. If oil is a must, only pressed oils, or less processed oils. Coffee without sugar, with or without milk is fine. No fruit juices, please. Adequate water is important. Omega-3 and vitamin D sea foods or supplements are a must. And some walking around, stretching a bit, jogging, cycling, taking stairs, etc., help. Good adequate quality sleep helps. We need to graduate to this kind of diet. Maybe, over 12 months.

We can learn better by unlearning better. Letting go of outdated, irrelevant knowledge, behaviours, values, etc., so that there is room, space, and place for new learning. Unlearning starts with being open to questions, criticism, feedback, observations, and reflections. Looking at assumptions with which we operate, biases, habits et al. Unlearning lets us into uncertainties in the first instance. We need to hold on. We need to listen keenly without any biases.

We can care better with our increased stamina, patience, and diligence. We can lead better. We can leverage better. We can lead better and live better. If we rest better and sleep better. If we are living a bonus life. If we are coexisting within a community. A good nap increases speed of intelligent processing, and decreases errors and increases stamina. If we sleep less, our leadership declines. Extra work hours, in lieu of sleep, may mean less efficient less effective hours.

Can we overcome fatigue, and achieve high stamina for being useful, meaningful, purposeful, and relevant? To adapt ourselves to the needs of our emerging life and universe. Our thinking, actions, and habits. Can we pursue and practice? Can we get on to a new 7L portfolio, in the next 10,000 hours?

Yes, we can. If we coexist, flowing. Being at it. In N? ayuthayoga for 7L.
