Calming storms within 220525

Saraswati Pushkars are on.

Stephen Hawking, arguably the greatest mind, a symbol of unbreakable intellect housed in a fragile body, reshaped our understanding of black holes, time, and the cosmos. He also famously concluded: Artificial Intelligence will either be the best thing to ever happen to humanity… or the last. A fragmented AI – ‘The Echo’ – had emerged spontaneously from the interconnected web of smart devices, algorithms, voice assistants, and neural networks—and was actively learning human emotional behaviour faster than any system we have ever built. Is AI something that is growing too fast for us to control? How do we remain human in a world rapidly forgetting how?

Are Governments blocking free ‘academic’ hygiene across? Should Governments block admissions into Academic institutions? Are we not free to ‘learn’ in various ways, means from any source we want? Are we not citizens of this world, universe, at least for our learning, if not for our living? Why do we need visas to move? Isn’t a passport, as an identity-authenticator, not enough? Shouldn’t we be moving wherever we want, we are required, without any body’s clearance? If someone does not want us somewhere, s/he can say ‘you are not welcome’.

Can we not just have one card that sets our identity, or two? Given automatically, when we are born and gets updated every 5-10-15 years? Why do we need a passport, an Aadhaar Card, a PAN Card, an election identity card, a ration card, a bank card, an employment card, etc.? Sets of big infrastructures for this. Are they worth it? Is it a cost-effective, efficient system? Or an ongoing harassment to the citizens, people?

There are storms within us. If some things, some heartbeats calm us, calm these storms, we need to hold them close. These are sanctuaries, refuges, and places where our souls would gravitate. They anchor us. They make us feel alive. They see us, understand us, and hold us. They propel us. Even through chaos all around. Even when it feels impossible. They light up in our darkness. They are the tunes, rhythms, songs, and dances. They have lenses to see our hidden parts, our scars, and our dreams unarticulated. They lean in, hold space. We are safe with ourselves, with them.

When we are ready, when we do our ‘bits’ right, and fully, they find us. When we are ready to be them, we start seeing them, and they find us. It is like coming home. It appears that the universe is aligning with us. All the pieces of our lives are falling into place. We seem to be gearing up and waiting for this moment, these moments. These are to be cherished, nurtured, and protected. These moments of joy, tears, struggles, and laughter. Together we inspire ourselves to be the best versions of ourselves. By waking us up, shaking us up, challenging us, stretching us, and pushing us into our possibilities. By being with us, as a visible, invisible team; by being a force with the power to heal, transform, and elevate. Let us not hold back; let us be in the present, in the moment; let us be vulnerable, seen bare; let us keep going, keep weathering the storms, keep hoping, and keep believing, together, side by side, hand in hand. For all of us, our humankind, our living beings, our worlds, and our universe.

Can we be at it – getting ready with our body, heart, mind, and soul? Can we nurture agency for this?

Yes, we can. If we coexist, flowing. Keep syncing with our calmers. In N? samyamayoga  for 7L.
