Can we maintain a brisk pace, at least 100 steps a minute? Can we warm up to brisk pace gradually and cool down gradually, adding light stretches into this routine? Can we add simple strength moves like squats, lunges, and workouts into this routine? Can we make it consistent – daily habit, even if they are short walks; and at least 30 minutes a day on average – nothing like 45-60 minutes? Can we remain hydrated – drink water before and after the walk? Can we try walking mindfully or listening to music or a podcast instead of texting, seeing messages and talking? Can we also include non-plain paths – slopes, stairs, or different terrains? Can we do walking only after 30 minutes of a meal, except for gentle strolls? Can we keep walking et al? Can we add yoga, reflection into this? Consistently, regularly, intensely.
