Servicing and serving the servant leaders, with agency on themselves, on their works and actions, on their tools, instruments, skills, resources, groups, teams, institutions. Markets. Can we be unrelenting, intelligent? Inner core that includes values, purpose, being self-aware, introspection, reflection. Lasting, profound credibility. Spiritual, simple. Can we be at the end of the chain, end-user, cutting edge? Can we be willing to be subjected to the highest due diligence? For all faults, exit strategies. Can we be willing to pass on credit of results to someone else, always, more or less? Can we be willing to accommodate ‘all’ with a flexible, stretched calendar? Can we be willing to be available, accessible always? Can we explain why we are late, we are slow, et al? Can we keep giving inputs, insights, opinions, may not be taken forward?
