It expects global conditions to remain fragile, marked by trade disruptions, geopolitical tensions, and financial volatility. India is relatively better placed than many economies due to its large domestic market, lower dependence on external demand, and strong foreign exchange reserves. It also calls for diversification of trade partners, strengthening of supply chains, and enhanced policy coordination to manage external vulnerabilities.
It calls for focus on inclusive development. Farmers, MSMEs, and youth employment. More digital platforms, credit guarantee schemes, and targeted policy support for MSMEs. Crop diversification, strengthened food systems. Continued fiscal discipline, sustained capital expenditure, reforms in labour, land, and technology governance. Infrastructure investment, strategic resilience. It also recommends age-based restrictions on social media.

A study says: intense stress seeks ‘relationships’. Multiple, diverse, layers, and levels. Stressful situations with reduced emotional capacity, emotional depletion get the nervous system into fight-or-flight mode. Survival, coping. Reduced attention spans, concentration. Memory lapses. Shorter conversations. Depth, reflection, and nuancing are the casualties. Empathy loss. It may drive us to seek assurance, validation, soothing, and calming from outside, and from many, rather than from within. Relying on one for everything may feel unsafe, overwhelming. Daily rituals, multiple but short conversations help.
Can we prevent, reduce, and cope with stress, recover from stress/strain, and go further? Can we build a portfolio of activities, actions for these? Can we turn stress into a productive portfolio?
Yes, we can. If we coexist, flowing. In/as a pack. In N? aikyadalayoga for 7L.
