The US-Israeli war campaign against Iran continues. Intensifying. More deaths, 1000s. Including 165 school girls. More people affected across countries. Oil prices are rising. The US says: ‘there would have been nuclear war without this US intervention’. The Strait of Hormuz, through which 20% of the global oil passes, effectively shut. ‘00Os of flights cancelled, with airspace closure in the Gulf. India got a waiver from the US to buy Russian oil for a month. This war may last another month or more. As on date, apart from the human loss, people estimate the economic losses exceeding 100 Billion USD already. The new supreme leader is yet to be named by the Assembly of Experts, fearing security of the leader. Mojtaba Khamenei’s name is making the rounds. Will we return to normalcy at all, at any time in the near future?

Can coffee, tea help us? Instant, filter. White, Black. Araku, Nestle, Continental. Coffee improves cognitive function, with focus and concentration; increases adrenaline levels; helps in fighting stress; likely reduces risk of diseases like Alzheimer’s; protection against type 2 diabetes. Coffee’s caffeine is effective in 15-30 minutes. Experts suggest: no coffee as first thing in the morning, at least for 60 minutes; coffee around lunch time; coffee 30-60 minutes before work out; may be not more than 4 cups overall per day; stay hydrated by taking water throughout the day, even if we take coffee; no sugar coffee would be better; no coffee on empty stomach; more but smaller doses of coffee throughout the day. It is better to try both tea and coffee in a day, rather than only one. Coffee is stronger in caffeine, while tea’s caffeine is less than 50%. Coffee is quick, tea is more gradual. Tea is gentler on the stomach, while coffee links to lower heart issues, and diabetes issues. Tea’s effects are moderated by L-theanine, which promotes relaxation. Overall, can we not exceed 400 mg of caffeine per day? Some 4-5 cups of coffee; or 2-3 cups of coffee and 3-4 cups of tea? A cup is ~150ml.

Can we keep our word? Can we show up? Can we own our mistakes? Can we listen to understand and appreciate? Can we speak clearly? Can we bring solutions, rather than just problems? Can we always do a little extra? Can we give credit to others, letting others take credit? Can we seek feedback and respond? Can we stay curious? Can we keep our calm even under pressure? Can we think clearly?

Can we be exemplars, models, role models? Humanly, sensitively. On scale. Can we be more? Across?

Yes, we can. If we coexist, flowing. Influencing, co-influencing. In N? asarayoga for 7L.
