Are CVs getting obsolete? Only social media profiles, conversations, postings et al matter now?
Are we inclusive? Reaching out to the poor, vulnerable and marginalized. To the organizations, teams working with them. Small, not accessible easily, in faraway places. Can we make processes of inclusion, reaching simpler, more straightforward, and less iterative? Can we resist giving advice, unless solicited? Even then, only if we know fully well, or after putting diligent effort in learning and formulating it into workable advice. Can we invest in building capacities – in us, our teams, our leadership, and our organizations? Can we work towards scale, systems change, and sustainability? Fully knowing that we can only set this direction, but may not achieve this at any time in totality.
