The Central Government has entered into contracts with farmers for farming pulses for the first time in history, who will in turn grow Tur and other pulses on 1,500 hectares of farmland.

 

Children and adults of age 65 and above faced 47% and 58% more heatwaves, respectively, in the last 10 years, as compared to those in 1990-1999: Study.
