A member of team Akshara Livelihoods, T Venkateswarlu, conducted a training program for 4 Common Interests Groups (CIGs) formed by SOS Children’s Village on 19 January 2023 at Mothkupally village, Moinabad mandal, Ranga Reddy district, Telangana. The training program facilitated the 35 members to understand basic concepts of Common Interests Group (CIG). In the training, the participants discussed and understood Sapta sutras such as 1. Regular meetings, 2. Regular savings, 3. Internal lending, 4. Repayment, 5. Bookkeeping, 6. Solidarity, and 7. Individual & Collective enterprises, and norms.
