As per a government study, the production of major crops like rice (7 to 28% decrease), wheat (3.2 to 5.3%), maize (9 to 10%) among others will drop in the next two decades due to climate change.

 

Tata Power partners with Indian Oil (IOCL) to establish 500 EV charging stations across India. Besides being fast and ultra fast charging points, these points will be strategically placed across major highways to reduce range anxiety among EV users. 

 

Maharashtra came on top of all the states with the highest share of 15.7% in the country’s GDP, followed by Uttar Pradesh at 9.2% Tamil Nadu at 9.1%.
