NABARD, ADB & Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation have together launched an initiative to combat climate change in Indian agriculture and rural development sectors.

 

The Union Government. issues advisory to states to report and monitor influenza-like illnesses after the detection of a case of COVID subvariant JN.1.

 

India continues to be the largest recipient of remittances, receiving $125 billion in 2023: World Bank.

 

The Union Government has ordered rice industry associations to reduce rice prices immediately, to check the skyrocketing retail prices of rice.

 

6 States namely Bihar, Delhi, Kerala, Odisha, Tamil Nadu, and West Bengal have not signed the MoU operationalisation of PM-SHRI scheme in those states: MoS Education.
